Ein Anlasser (auch Selbststarter genannt) ist eine Vorrichtung, die zum Drehen (Kurbeln) eines Verbrennungsmotors verwendet wird, um den Motor aus eigener Kraft zu starten. Ein Anlasser kann elektrisch, pneumatisch oder hydraulisch sein. Autostarter sind leistungsstarke Elektromotoren, die den Motor anlassen, wenn Sie den Schlüssel zum Starten Ihres Fahrzeugs in die Stellung „Ein“ drehen. Dieses System besteht aus einem Motor mit einem angeschlossenen Magneten. Die Aufgabe der Magnetspule ist es, den Strom von der Batterie zum Anlasser zu leiten.
